Collective bargaining
The Group regularly negotiates collective bargaining agreements with labor unions at many locations worldwide. In Japan the company regularly hold the meetings with its labor union to discuss various labor conditions including salary, working hours, employee benefits, working environment, safety and health management including stress check follow-ups. Also the company negotiates any revision of salary and working conditions every spring.
