(Visiting on your own does not require prior booking. Please also check the "Preventive Measures for COVID-19" before your visit.)

To make your visit more enjoyable, our staff will guide you through the museum.

Access by public transportation:
A 5 minutes walk from Ogawa Station (East Exit) on the Seibu Kokubunji Line.
(From the Tokyo/Shinjuku area, take the JR Chuo Line to Kokubunji Station, then transfer to the Seibu Kokubunji Line to Ogawa Station)

Access by car:
Take Ome-kaido (Route 5) to Ogawa Intersection, turn onto Fuchu-kaido (Route 16) toward Higashimurayama/Tokorozawa.

48 spaces (42 passenger cars, 2 buses, 4 spaces for visitors with diabilities)

7. Facilities & Services

・ Accessibility
  - Wheel chairs: 2 available
  - Service dogs: Accompanying service dogs are welcome
・ Multipurpose toilet: Located on the 1st floor (ostomate-friendly). Also includes a diaper changing bed.
・ Coin lockers are not available. Visitors are asked to look after their belongings and valuables.

Precautions / Requests

In consideration of other guests, all visitors are asked to abide by the following guidelines:

・ smoking is prohibited
・ pets are not allowed in the facility (exception: service dogs are allowed)
・ please set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from phone calls in exhibition rooms
・ please refrain from eating and drinking in exhibition rooms
・ please refrain from actions that will disturb other visitors
・ additionally, please follow any instructions provided by our staff

Photography and Filming

Photography and filming are allowed. Please adhere to the following:

・ please make sure not to disturb other visitors. Use of tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and stepladders is prohibited
・ photographs taken cannot be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes
・ if you wish to take photos / film for reporting purposes, please contact the museum in advance
