Bridgestone to get Approval for Boeing 777-200LR/-300ER

Boeing has approved Bridgestone main & nose tires for its newly developed B777-200LR/-300ER.

Tokyo (January 20, 2004)--Bridgestone Corporation received the final approval for Boeing 777-200LR/-300ER main & nose tires.

Bridgestone has already been awarded as a supplier for original equipment tires for these newly developed models and will supply Boeing with its tires for factory installation based on this approval. Bridgestone main & nose tires are available for replacement tires for these models as well.

Bridgestone is supplying its tires to Boeing for other B777 series; B777-200/-300 already introduced in the market as well for factory installation as a supplier for original equipment tires. In addition, Bridgestone is also supplying its tires to B777-200/-300 operators worldwide.
