Certificate of Appreciation was given to all donors for participating for such valuable cause which will help to save someone's life. This was a record for the hospital as in the past no corporate group has donated such a huge quantity of blood units in a single day. Our support was highly appreciated by Management of the hospital and the society.

As a Co-Academic program with Dedock University, we provide tools and equipments for academic materials to tire engineering students for their study. We also hold Bridgestone Techinical Education Session; our engineers visit the university to give a technical education session.

Primary role continues to be the support of ongoing lease and running costs of patient transport vehicles around the country. This is a service used by many patients who are temporarily relocated from the country to the city “Village” accommodation to receive treatment from the hospitals. The vehicles are used to transport the patients between the Village and hospitals on a regular basis. Leukemia Foundation patients (terminal) were invited to attend Grand Prix facility in Melbourne. We were able to turn their dream into a reality by arranging a meeting with their hero F1 Driver Mark Webber. In March we invited patients to attend the V8 Supercar race in Adelaide. In September, we were the Principal Partner for “Light the Night” event nationally, an event which is a walk with lit balloons allowing patients, familes and friends to celebrate the lives of those lost and to give hope to those living with Leukaemia.
