Bridgestone Battlax Motorcycle Sport Tires Featured as Original Equipment on Kawasaki ZX-10R

Tokyo (October 19, 2015) - Bridgestone announced today that its Battlax Racing Street RS10 tires will be original equipment on Kawasaki's 2016 new model "Ninja ZX-10R,*1" playing a crucial role in maximizing circuit performance from the supersport bike. "Ninja ZX-10R" is the No.1 machine in the Super Bike World Championship 2015 series.

The Bridgestone-brand Battlax Racing Street RS10 tires, which are designed for use on public roads, deliver strong sport performance. Employing MotoGP Technology*2 refined during more than 10 years as a tire supplier for MotoGP, the world's top motorcycle racing class, these tires will improve grip on dry road surfaces to improve lap times. They will also deliver impressive handling and stability for more comfortable driving on winding, open roads.

Through efforts to promote adoption as original equipment, Bridgestone will continue to expand the Battlax brand worldwide.
